How To Resist Resistance

Anyone who has been around young children knows that they learn very early on to resist!  One they learn to say “NO!” life gets a lot more difficult for a parent.  And, as we know, children are famous for resisting bed time. Kids use resistance early and often.

Once we become grown-ups, we still have that tendency to resist.  Unfortunately, resistance can arrive when we have a goal to improve our health by making some changes to our eating and exercise habits.  That can make the whole process a drag. 

What can that look like, and what can be done about it? .
