Motivation Is Not What It Seems

Just to get started, let’s take a look at the word, “motivation. To begin with, it is considered to be similar to the word “move.” The definition of motivation includes things like “feeling an internal push to do something” or even just “to change position.” 

We often think we need to be motivated to exercise, or it just won’t happen. Or, we may know someone that has expressed this to us, as in, “I just need to find my motivation.”

But, it doesn’t always work that way. Motivation is not what it is cracked up to be..
